Personal training can be on a one-to-one basis, or a group of friends
can get together to enjoy the benefits of group motivation and share the
cost at the same time.
All personal training clients receive an initial free consultation lasting
one hour. This normally takes the form of a questionnaire regarding medical
history, along with some physical measurements and a sample session according
to fitness level. It is important to establish these ‘benchmark’
levels at the beginning in order that you can measure your improvements.
The training venue is flexible – it can be:
- At your home
- At your work
- At your gym
- In the park
- On woodland trails
One-to-One:
- Perfect if you are a beginner or self-conscious in a group
- Gym sessions on weights, cardiovascular machines and core work
- Ideal if you are just getting going or coming back after illness/injury
- Great for full and individual attention
- Your own personal motivator and voice of your conscience
- Individually tailored and varied programmes for progression to your
goals
- Brilliant for technique improvement
- Fully-flexible timing of sessions – from 6am to 10pm
- Superb for the discipline of ‘making it happen’
Group training:
- Can be for two or more
- Great support from other group members to improve and reach your goals
- Brilliant for meeting people with common goals
- Constant feedback on technique and progression
- Cost benefits
